Machining work requires great experience in micro-mechanics and the latest generation instruments to produce components of the highest quality.
The machining sequences are produced based on the operating plans, and the tools are defined according to the materials worked. The programs are written and validated by simulation; the tools are prepared on their tool holders. The machine is set up and a series of precursors (test workpieces) undergoes validation checks before production is launched.
Once the material has been shaped, we need to give it a face with the finish: de-burring, softening and jewelling.
